Day 1: The Early Years (Late 1800s – 1919) Activity 1: St Joseph’s Cathedral

Use your search engine to find a picture of another famous cathedral. Post a picture of the cathedral on your blog. Underneath the picture tell us: the name of the cathedral, where the cathedral is located, when it was built, and how long it took to build.

    I found this fascinating that this cathedral only took 40 years to complete. When I did this same blogpost on my Summer Learning Journey I chose the Notre Dame Cathedral and it took over 200 years to build.
    Have you heard of the Notre Dame Cathedral?

    Wow, that is a beautiful cathedral. I can't believe that it took 40 years to build!

    I visited St Paul's Cathedral when I was in London a few years ago and it is just as stunning up close. Have you ever visited a cathedral?

    What do you think of the cathedral? Do you like the architecture?
